Cafe Fountain

The gold flake drinks were surprisingly at good price. Service was slow as we waited for a long time before the drinks were served. It was during winter time so the temperature dropped quickly into the evening. They do offer blankets if needed be, plus the fire lamps helped keeping the experiences bearable.

This was my first visit to Cafe Mountain, the location is truly extraordinary. The views by the fountain were amazing, and the weather was perfect, a cool, breezy day that made the experience enjoyable. While the drinks and desserts were decent, they didn’t quite live up to the high prices. Yet, the ambiance and the stunning setting makes it worth the visit

Absolutely outstanding service by mister MAHFUZ! We came around 4 pm and at the same time group of 80 very loud tourists came so there was no table in the shades for us. Mister Mahfuz took our number and said he will reserve a great table with a view and will call us as soon as group leaves. Once we came back, he send us a bottle of refreshments as an “apology” for waiting. We never ever blamed him of course, but I was so touched by this little gestures! We had an amazing afternoon in the Palace, tried coffee with gold in the Cafe Fountain and some sweets (vegan options available too). Will definitely recommend everyone this place. Thank you once again Mahfuz, keep up the extraordinary work!

Outstanding patisserie with the best service at the coolest venue in the city! A must visit if you spend time in Abu Dhabi. Definitely instagrammable and a great experience. We tried the afternoon tea for two, a capuccino with 24 karat gold was included!

One of my favorite place in Abu Dhabi. The view is breathtaking during day and evening. All the waiters are so polite, friendly, especially Jun and Nidal, 7 star service. Highly recommend

Behind is the grand Emirates Palace and facing you is the colossal Bab AlQasr hotel and Etihad towers, what an ambience .. On a cold January evening, Shwarmas and a salad, with Tirumissu and Americano to boot! A genuine place with unlimited view and peace. Come and try with family !
